What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and, where you become a customer, to deliver our services. Enquiries are stored in our website system and in our email.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Enquiries are kept for up to two years unless a business relationship follows.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets only the cookies needed for it to work. If analytics are enabled, they are configured without personal identifiers. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. Email Sales@vmclouds.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Third parties
We do not sell personal data. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf under contract. Links to manufacturer and social media websites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
